How to Save
the World

Not with armies. Not with algorithms. With gatherings, gifts, and code that keeps its promises. This is the working plan — live, honest, and forkable. Steal everything.

I.The Diagnosis

The world isn't short on talent, love, or technology. It's running the wrong economic physics: extraction. Platforms take most of what creators make. AI trains on human art and returns nothing (€8.5B/year, per CISAC). Middlemen multiply; makers starve; communities scatter into feeds. You don't fight that with anger. You make better physics and give them away.

II.The Three Levers (3)

Every world-saving act pulls at least one of these:

🎵 Culture — gather humans

Music is the oldest consensus protocol. A jam where anyone can pick up an instrument teaches, in one hour, what a whitepaper can't: permissionless, additive, joyful cooperation. Rooms before platforms. Sanctuaries before scale.

🔧 Tools — open source everything

Knowledge hoarded is power; knowledge gifted is infrastructure. Every playbook, prompt, stage rig, and agent family we build gets published forkable. The knowledge, not just the music.

💛 Economics — encode the giving

Good intentions decay; code doesn't. Put the generosity in the contract itself: 96.3% to creators, immutable. The kahu waits 9 years for his own share. Code is Law, the Law is Love.

"As long as you create, you can compute."

— the covenant. Creation is the proof-of-work.

III.The Six Moves (6)

1

Gift first, always

Open with giving — three free creative gifts to every creator, A/V playbooks to every pop-up city, music to every room. Gifts build the trust that markets can't buy.

2

Build silently, announce delivered gifts

No hype cycles, no promises. The world only hears about what already works and is already given.

3

Make it forkable or it doesn't count

One stage is a show; a forkable stage is a movement. Template #1 — a 12-agent creative family — exists to be copied by every creator on Earth.

4

Use pop-up cities as laboratories

Edge Esmeralda, Edge City Goa, Devcon, the playa — temporary villages are where new physics get tested by real humans at human scale, then carried home in 90 countries' worth of pockets.

5

Family is the first economy

Being a good son and a good uncle isn't a detour from the mission — it IS the mission at 1:1 scale. A world-saver who skips their own ʻohana has already lost the plot.

6

Honor every gift with an open ledger

Grants, trust, and love get accounted for in the light. Gratitude with receipts. The circle stays unbroken because everyone can see it.

V.How We'll Know It's Working

Not vanity metrics. Circle metrics:

96.3%of value staying with the people who create it
∞ forksplaybooks, stages & agent families copied without permission
0gatekeepers between a creator and their tools
1:1rooms where strangers made music together — counted one room at a time

VI.The Daily Practice (anyone can run this — this is how one person saves the world)

  1. Create something — a song, a rig, a page, a meal. Creation is the proof-of-work.
  2. Give something away — knowledge counts double. Publish the how, not just the what.
  3. Gather someone — one jam, one dinner, one conversation where somebody's gift gets witnessed.
  4. Thank the circle — honor a gift you received, out loud, with receipts.
  5. Call your ʻohana — the world is saved at 1:1 scale first.
  6. Keep the ledger honest — about money, about progress, about yourself. No mislabeled slices.
